This image shows at sunrise, a lesser seen side profile of the iconic HSBC Main Building designed by Norman Foster 40 years ago, with its signature sandwich tiered structure and “inside-out” high-technology design that stands high and proud with integrity, symbolic of the bank’s and Hong Kong’s core values. The temporarily golden mechanical giant is met with the wingspan of an eagle also soaring high and proud that symbolises the wealth of opportunities taking flight, alongside moving clouds and a rhythmic band of skyscrapers to compose a dynamic concert of Hong Kong’s contemporary architectural scene.
