This image shows a clean reflection of the Sluishuis building in Amsterdam, where a lone stranger quietly stands at the tip of a negative opening space, as if he is loudly projecting his unspoken thoughts through geometric justaposition. When the mind is turbulent, it is difficult to see. When the mind is calm, one's vision opens up and the reflection becomes clear. Precise placing of life and its interaction with cold metallic architecture, and its surroundings, is intended to visualise one's independent and proactive search for inner peace and strength in turbulent times in a constructed and industrialised society.
