During Covid, my final major project was disrupted by Covid and I had to rethink my project plans in order to complete my degree as a mature student and single parent of 3 childre. As we were all locked down, I decided to make the most of having children with me, and decided to use my children's toys and action figures to recreate famous moments in history using items we had at home, and to make them as realistic as possible. I further ventured into other genres to develop a substantial body of work that was worthy of a final year project. As a result of this and my other projects submitted during 2019/2020 I achieved a first class degree at the grand age of 50.
