Louise Richardson is the current Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford. Prior to that she was the Principal of the University of St Andrews (2009-2015). The portrait was taken in her office during a short visit in Oxford in September 2018. I had just 10 minutes to decide on site what background to chose and used that large window, giving a hint of the scale of this prestigious university.
