Exploring the imagery of the bridge as a living, conscious thing inspired by the Hart Crane poem “The Bridge” conceiving the bridge as “sleepless’ and spanning and connecting oceans and prairies, making the bridge into more than a thing of bricks and steel. From centuries old stone build arches though iron trestle rail structures and steel bridges, celebrating the beauty and context of their various flowing geometric forms.
