Shitiping in Hualien, Taiwan, is not only full of strange rocks, but because of the special terrain, it often stirs up beautiful and moving waves when the tide is high. Many people like excitement and get closer to watch the sea spray and take pictures, but I prefer to shoot the surf from a distance to create a more vivid picture.
