As a photographer I have always loved reducing forms to shapes. This gives me the ability to understand, appreciate and capture an architectural creation, better. One Blackfrairs is a famous landmark and needs no introduction to the local resident, however as a tourist i was bedazzled by its unusual shape and unexpected form. i wanted to capture an image in black-white that could express the structure's unique shape and baguette like texture. To me it seemed like a large uncut diamond in the sky.
