The two glazed twin towers, in which the Hyatt Regency is located on the left, stand with a pavilion at the tip of the harbor basin in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. They are surrounded by a waterfront promenade with seating steps. The end towards the tip is formed by a plateau, which can be reached both via the promenade and via a large flight of steps. The pavilion ("Pebbles") is made of shiny, light-reflecting aluminum shingles.
