This was a project for theatrical makeup artist Zoe Tiley. She applied the makeup, we then lay the model down and arranged baby leeks and spring onions around her. Zoe pinned them in to her hair and placed a romanesco on her parting to cover the hair. She then brushed gold leaf on the hair. I took the image from above and then took a separate photo with black eye beans. In post production I added the black eye beans as the snake eyes and used the liquify tool to swirl the snakes.
