During a World Cup match warm-up at the Parc des Princes with the United States women's soccer team, captain Alex Morgan was right in front of me. This portrait is the result of a setting error on my camera. I wanted to keep this overexposure to only reveal certain contours of the champion's face and obtain a very luminous, almost unreal image.
