Fine art portrait of an American Kestrel named Veto (Vertical Take Off) at the local wildlife rescue venue called Liberty Wildlife. Vito is part of the educational program where families and people in general can get up and close to these magnificent wild birds. Liberty Wildlife also has the only non-eagle feather repository in the country to help provide bird feathers to the Native American tribes without hurting the birds, and keeping and respecting their traditions and religion.
