Shot as part of Basingstoke Camera Club's Spring Exhibition, 2024, members of the public were invited to have their portraits taken for free. I shot all of Millie's family but it wasn't until I got the image uploaded that I appreciated her character coming across. In an age when so many bad things and worries are voiced about young people, it's refreshing to see a confident young lady ready to take on the world.
