Built in the 18th century, the Bourse was converted into the Paris stock exchange. The building was restored by architect Tadao Ando and has been the exhibition site of the Pinault Collection since 2021. The Bourse features a stunning double helix staircase designed in the 18th century was built to facilitate the movement of porters carrying heavy sacks of corn. “WAITING”, the sculpture by Yuan and Yu, is a 164 cm high menacing model of an eagle observing from above. The sculpture is made of fiberglass, silicon and feathers. “DINO”, an avant-garde sculpture by Bertrand Lavier. “TURISTI” by Maurizio Cattelan. The very real looking pigeons rest on the balustrade of the rotunda.
