Our client, Nikon, asked me to illustrate the extraordinary versatility of the Nikon 24-70mm lens and its unique storytelling abilities. So we chose to do a shoot in an old school Brooklyn bar, and styled it particular to an era long ago. I was able capture photos of our lovely Chanteuse with a trio of evocative photos. The aim of the assignment was to demonstrate the extraordinary light gathering aspects of this particular optic, and suffuse the scene with beautiful color and details of a glamorous time gone by.
