It’s early autumn here in New Zealand. The green leaves of the trees are becoming more and more orange and yellow as the days go by, in literally an explosion of colour. I wanted to capture this magical moment in an original and dynamic way. By shooting with a shutter speed of a few tens of seconds and by playing with the zoom of my lens I was able to play with lights, the shadows and the colours transforming the foliage of the trees into real fireworks.
