A central focus of the research is on the relationship with information: some shots depict with crude irony the intimidation of the media, and the choice of colors reflects the "shouted" nature of Tramp's communication. The use of synthetic materials and consumer objects represents the "plasticization" of the American dream; each shot is an illuminated diorama that lays bare the paradox between the "President-Tycoon's" personal interests and the national interest, often fused into a single, indistinguishable brand.
